Kodak DCS Pro Back Plus

I got this from a friend with Fuji GX 680iii camera and a lens.

When I opened the cap, I found that there were a crack on the filter.

I have some questions:
1. Can this be fixed?
2. Does it work with the crack ?
3. How much is it worth now as it is?

I'm not going to use this camera for digital photo taking, I'm thinking using this with filmback.

I've been taking 35mm DSLR (Nikon) ,but not familiar with this system.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I think it is the infrared filter, not sure if you can find a replacement, but as with most sensor you can shoot without the filter and correct in post. I shoot with my Sigma SD 15 with the filter removed (its was designed to be removed to increase sharpness.) and Sony makes models with and without filters. If it colors are not off too much you use it like a polaroid back for previews. Other than that, it has 16MP, uses a CCD sensor, colors are generally very good. New it was around $12,000, have no idea what it's work. And I did not know that Kodak made a back for the 680, have you tired to see if fits the 680 or was for another camera?
