HP Recommended Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)I have a Smart Tank 7301. I'm attempting to perform the scan within Adobe Acrobat X using the software's scan option. I have selected the Smart Tank as the target for scanning using the WIA driver (I don't have an option for a TWAIN driver). I have placed 4-5 sheets of paper in the automatic document feeder (ADF), but the unit only scans the flatbed and shows a blank white page after it completes. I have placed several sheets of paper in the ADF and used the unit as a copier in order to test the ADF and it works fine. Any ideas on settings that should be changed or other suggestions? Thank you.

I see that you are facing an issue with scanning from ADF on your printer.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
A) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.
B) If the issue still persists, uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the devices.
C) Install the printer software by clicking on the link again and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
